How do I get a quote and book?
Create a customer account and submit your first quote request. Share your property details, cleaning priorities, and any pets. After submitting your quote request, you can request an appointment. ClarityClean will review availability and confirm your service details.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit of $100 (or up to 25%) is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward the total service cost. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Contact ClarityClean for the deposit amount and instructions for your booking.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is due before arrival. Cash is preferred; Apple Pay and Cash App are also accepted. Pricing depends on your property’s size and condition.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service cost; same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100%. A deposit may be returned once with at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation; additional cancellations forfeit the deposit. Contact ClarityClean to discuss your appointment.
What should I do about pets?
Tell us about your pets when requesting a quote. Pets must be secured if they may interfere with cleaning. ClarityClean is not responsible for pets that escape during service.
Do I need to be home?
You must arrange access at the scheduled time. Contact ClarityClean before your appointment to agree on entry arrangements. If the team cannot gain entry, cancellation fees may apply.
Do I need to provide supplies, and how long will cleaning take?
Discuss any supplies, special surfaces, or product preferences when requesting your quote. Cleaning time depends on your property’s size, condition, and agreed tasks; ClarityClean will discuss timing with you before service.
What if an area was missed?
Report concerns within 24 hours of service. ClarityClean will return to address missed areas when notified within that timeframe. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be considered individually.
